26th Nov 2011 Update

Its being more than one and half year i have written blog.. Now its time to write the blog.. Many changes have made in my office.... implemented new services through our company. Such JSK Events, Outsourcing services .. I am very happy, that we have successfully completed 3 years of company life. And still we are moving ahead with success..... I follow "Whether you get profit or not it doesn't matter... no one should be in loss because of you" I would never forget this quote.....
Presently i have six morning shift with one trainer and one event manager. Night shift with four employees and one trainer. Total strength of my staff is 12 members.

I am very happy, with blessings of god i am able to achieve this.

Business day 1

Today at 00:004 am on 31st May2009 i have decided to start my daily business experience in the blog. That made me to write this entry in this blog.
Today i have entered office around at 1'clock in afternoon along with lunch box. When i entered into my room , already the trainer Asha is doing her work. I have been very much happy, even in my absence the employees are doing there job correctly thanks to the trainers asha and reshma.

Around 1-2 ' clock i had made a call to Brahma naidu my childhood friend, and asked him to come to my office , to return the money taken from him. He arrived at 1:45pm 30th may 2009, and we both decided to go some place stay their relaxing.

Firstly i have asked him to come along with me to vodafone center to pay my bill and then after shall go some place for mind piece(Actually being in business i always search for peace and relax mind). We both gone to my home to take the digital camera along with us, so that we can able to take pics.

While i was going on bike, my mind always struck with meeting made by me to Pavans father for the settlement of his salary. Then i kept my mind away from it. And i was looking for mind relaxing, then we both went to petrol bunk for petrol which is on the way between nuzvid and nunna roadway.

we both gone half way to nunna, in that time brahma told that their is any way from here which we reach our home by 10 mins.. then i immediately diverted to that route and want to see.. in the middle the journey .. we have taken some pics.... on the way. ... After a while we have reached a road...why i was saying road,,,, because.. the 10 mins travel that we made is on red clay.... When we reached road.... we decided to go nearby village, brahma naidu asked a old lady around 50 years of age.. If we go in this way , which place will be coming, she replied that velagaveru.. which is 15 kms from there.. we have decided to go .. travelling at around 60kms per hour and enjoyed atalll.. taken some pics at roadway and temple.. .. and while i was in driving i have received a call from office, stating that reshma: need permission to take his father to hospital .. i have granted.. and when the call me .. my mind immediately striked of pavan's father might be came.......

We went to that place returned back.....at around 4:15pm on 30th may 2009.. we have made a call to our childhood friend chakri who is working in Railways.. asked him to reach the one town side of railway station way. he came there.. we have chatted for sometime....... and where planning some tour.. for weekends... After spending there for more than 3omintues.. i have received another call from office,, stating that pavan father came.. ... i have returned to my office along with brahma naidu.........

When i entered in office, pavan father was waiting for me...... I have gone into my room and called him.. talked .. and said that pavan haven't initimated us about his resignation.. as it is important . that whenever employee want to leave the organisation.. he should initimate us before by 30days.... So which pawan violated....... I have made clear that he has to report the issue to kamal thakur who is ceo of our company..................

If you follow this one .. you get succeed.. Till now i have not followed.. so i haven't got succeed with 100%...
But now i will follow this one....... Success will be sure to me.....

God's day

I am extremely happy while i was writing this post, because on 31st May 2009 i have pleaded god regarding the problems in office... As employees have became selfish and foolish, they wanted to kick kollace office... they have tried in May and April month alot.. but result is they failed by 100% initally they were success ... by changing the passwords of work ..... And i didn't received 35000 rupees payment for april month which the money should be arrived at office address by air mail. But that haven't been happen ,,,, the cheques which have address of my home have arrived in time that i have expected .. but at office address haven't came.. i thought its thecompany fault for sending the payments late... and days passed on.. money haven't came.... and i thought if this thing repeated again .. i have to close the office and go back to job again.... but i have changed all cheque address to my home address .... and everymonth i have to redeem on 20th and exchange rate used to arrive on 23th or 24th .. and cheques are received by 30th of everymonth. if the saturaday or sunday comes it takes another two days. .... . But this time it haven't happened... the exchange rate came late i.e on 27th instead of 24th .. i was depressed... and i thought the cheques will be coming on 4th of June .. because 30th is saturday and 31st is sunday.... ......But i have gone to church ... and asked the god to show me the way to come out of this trouble.... I have gone for sleep with happiness .. i don't know why like that...... And on monday i have heard the voice of postman.. calling to take the letters ... i was surprised to see all the 12 mail cheques have arrived .... not like last month.... then i came down to collect the letters and went to mother will joy. don't know what happen to me at that time...
i started crying.. saying to my mother that i haven't received 35000/- last month.. i have faced alot of problems... but i can't be able to say anything to anyone except god.. I have gone church and said you are only the way i have lord... he showed me the way.. "Praise the Lord"........
Then i went to bank to collect the money .... Everything gone smooth...................................

The day i never forget in my life.

I was really thinking and thinking since 4 days .

you all are worrying about what i was thinking its a money of Rs.25,000 which i taught , i never get it .

But i know , that i can only have that lum sum with the Jesus christ only. this is concern to people who are reading this article.

I used to do mturk with my family memebrs id proof and we have been doing it since march 2009. But when i kept request for payment on 19th Nov 2009 , the accounts got suspended on 22nd nov 2009. Then i contacted regarding the reason, the reason stated by them is not convincing to me. And i worried about the money that i should get from them . I enquired them. But no response. Then i contacted them several times, no response.

I know how valuable the amount is going to be. because we need to afford the office needs andour needs. The only way to get rid out of it. Is simply leaving on god's decisions and i prayed wholeheartedly regarding the help that i required from god in the issue. and he heard my pray and he given answer . Means my problem got rectify.. ................

Praise the Lord .

If you request the god, anything , request him with wholeheartedly and have faith with him . Pray the lord to clear all our sins ..

This is my first day, that i was writing my dairy after being the head of KollaceOXYGEN service
at vijayawada branch,
today i have came to office at 9.30am in the morning along with Koteswarao, and when we entered in branch office , we are eager to know the result regarding P.B.Siddhartha details and was happy to know their had given permission and also got the seminar date for Narasaraopeta Engineering college on 6th Dec 2008, and Kiran informed the news about permission from P.B.Siddhartha college and afterwards ihave given letter stating about when should the dates for Sessions and i have given them to kiran .. then kiran and koti went to p.b.siddhartha college and came back with another below. i.e their told that we have to pay Rs.3000-5000 per session in advance .

Our mood was destroyed and started to think how to handle the suitation . and after that we had lunch and then we received a call from mgmt trainee, saying that principal is not granting premission .. and then i have talked to him and thats it.. .. and left the office at 5pm
